Simple, Transparent Pricing

Rare Ink Society believes in straightforward, flexible pricing that can be customized for each event. Because every class is unique, pricing is based on factors such as group size, venue, travel requirements, event coordination, and any food or beverage services included.

As a general guideline, approximately $40 per participant covers the core Rare Ink Society experience. This includes handcrafted food-safe botanical and vegetable paints, professionally prepared art supplies, the ongoing research and procurement of rare natural pigments, instruction by experienced teaching artists, and a quality frame so every participant can take home a finished piece ready to display.

Any amount above the core class cost is allocated to the specific needs of the event. Depending on the venue and event, these funds may support facility rental, restaurants or wineries, charity fundraising, event coordinators, travel expenses, food and beverages, staffing, and other event-related materials and services. This flexible pricing model allows Rare Ink Society to partner with community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, schools, museums, and hospitality venues while ensuring every participant enjoys the same exceptional creative experience.
